Enjoy delectable dishes from a menu that is predominately European with an emphasis on divine seafood and other exotic dishes: Dishes like succulent herb roasted poussin served on a bed of Peruvian potato and sage mushroom sauce topped with wilted spinach; wild rabbit braised in white wine and mustard sauce served with wild rice and stuffed courgette flower, finished with honey glazed pumpkin; chargrilled Kangaroo fillet with prosciutto potato gratin topped with steamed asparagus and finished with port wine jus.
