Terms and Conditions |

25% deposit is payable at time of confirmation of booking and final payment of the balance is required 6 weeks prior to date of booking or earlier in certain circumstances. Bookings must be charged to your Diners Club Card.
Cancellation conditions are as follows:
- If your booking is cancelled more than 30 days from the planned starting time/date, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
- If your booking is cancelled within 29 - 14 days from the planned starting time/date of your booking, 25% of the tour cost will be payable..
- If your booking is cancelled within 13 - 7 days from the planned starting time/date of your booking, 50% of the tour cost will be payable.
- If your booking is cancelled less than 7 days from the planned starting time/date, 75% of the tour cost will be payable.
- If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of planned starting time/date, 100% of tour cost will be payable.
